Happy Sunday folks! Just a quick update for all. I’m pleased to note that most of the people ‘infected’ with a charitable heart have helped us gain some exposure that I could not have done alone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
You all have probably been seeing your friends posting the ‘What is #teamPLAC’ most of this past week. This has been one of the reasons we’ve accomplished what we have in such a short time, but the reality is, we have a LONG way to go in gathering up support and exposure. In saying that, the website has been launched for #teamPLASC as noted yesterday, and we are in the final stages of a contract letter for the bands to read over and sign so that everyone is on the same page. I promised that letter to go out this weekend, but I’ve been personally swamped with contacting people that I just did not have a chance to complete. Look for that to go out first thing this coming week.
There’s been a few more bands that have contacted me back, and we are proud to announce that Howling Dollhouse, The Electric Sunkings and Swerve all have shown a LOT of keen interest in this project, and I’m pretty sure that once we have everything finished with contract letters and full information we’ll have these fine fellaz at our side.
We should have a post by Lee Robinson giving his first hand account about the Willow Foundation that we will be donating to, here in the next few days. Keep your eyes peeled for updates, because this is why we are doing all this work.
